Ross County 80 AC.

Ross County, Ohio

First and foremost, this farm has it all. Its in a proven big buck part of Ohio (multiple 200” deer killed within miles of the farm in last 2 years) and in Ross County you don't see farms that lay as soft as this one does! It has a beautiful home site with working septic, electric hookup and county water right at the entrance of the farm, so building your dream cabin will be a breeze. 2 ponds are already on site and stocked! The farm has tons of brush as it was timbered in the last 6-8 years. With the strategic food plot installations we plan to do, there are going to be multiple impeccable stand locations that are both deadly and accessible. Have a question for us about this property?

  1. Strategic Addition of Food Plots. This farm lays in an area of HUGE ag all around the area and immediately around this farm is all wooded tracts. We plan to add 3 food sources (totaling 3.5/4 acres) to the property, which will create excellent spring and fall attractions when we believe the deer will need it the most. This farm has no real food on it at all, other than the natural browse that exists today, so this addition alone will be game-changing!

  2. Access Cleanup:
As the farm sits, there is an excellent road system throughout, which we plan to clean up and make even more accessible by tractor or truck, making food plots and moving blinds or bringing in harvests even easier.

  3. Treestands/Blinds:
Of course we plan to turn this property full circle, so that you can “close and climb” this fall! We’ll be adding a permanent hunting blind and a handful of strategically placed stands to make the anticipation of that first fall hunt be more about the experience and less about the work needed to get strapped in.

  4. General Cleanup of JUNK!
This tract came with an enormous amount of scrap metals and feels like a junkyard today. We are going to haul all this out and get the place transformed from a junkyard to a boneyard - of giant bucks, that is.

  5. Cleanup and prep the house sites:
It’s not very often you’ll find an 80 acre tract with 2 perfect house sites sitting right at the front entrance to the farm, let alone with an already installed septic system, utilities ran into the property and/or close by via the county road. We plan to clean up the houses site so that the visions of your cabin or home can be even easier to draw out in person.
